Featured taco & cookie for June

Chef Romina Rasmussen owner and chef of Les Madeleines brings us her international influence of flavors with the Wild Mushroom taco.  Fresh baby shiitake, oyster & crimini mushrooms sauteed in lemongrass, garlic, and shaoxing wine, vermicelli rice noodles, pea shoots with tofu or beef and a ginger-lemongrass emulsion.

She has also made a feature cookie for us; a black & white sesame cookie!
