January 18, 2012We will be downtown Weds. – Sunday for Outdoor Retailer – curbside on West Temple near 200 South (where the shuttle buses park)
This month’s feature taco is from Chef Matthew Lake of the new restaurant downtown Zy food wine & cheese! Warm crab escabeche taco, citrus marinade, with avocado salsa, radish wheels, queso fresco and toasted guajilla chilies! If you don’t have time to sit down at the restaurant come grab a taste of Zy from Chow truck.
Chow truck returns to Gallivan
January 10, 2012Gallivan has renewed the permit for the Thursday “Food truck festival” on Gallivan Ave. through the end of March. Yes we are baaacck! We will be there this Thursday for lunch 11:30-2:00 – a quick break next week, because we will be at “Outdoor Retailer”, but back on Gallivan the following week. Downtown come out and join us Thursday and enjoy some CHOW!
We will also be at the University Key Bank this Thursday after Gallivan till 4:30 and then on to the Southeast Asian Market till 7:00.
